Using EFT to Stop Smoking

All smokers know the health risks created by their addiction for themselves and their families. Most smokers already have tried using heroic amounts of will-power to overcome their addiction, and have blamed themselves when will-power has failed as a strategy. However will-power is not a suitable strategy for such a profound shift; will power involves the domination of one desire with another (healthy life vs nicotine relaxation), but almost  inevitably the suppressed addiction raises it's head at a later date when stress is running high. So while you might have been blaming yourself, it's a simple failure of strategy, not a personal weakness.

EFT offers a more useful strategy by eliminating both your immediate cravings and by relieving the underlying causes of your smoking addiction. For some it's a way to manage stress, for others to suppress painful memories, for others a matter if identity (being a rebel, a man, one of the gang etc). Whatever the cause, EFT can help you get beyond it and become smoke free without strain.
