EFT for Health Challenges

In our family, EFT is a significant part of our medicine cabinet and "first aid" kit for all kinds of health issues. For many minor annoyances from headaches, burns, bumps and bruises, scraped knees and tummy upsets, EFT is often fast and eay to achieve substantial results. For these simple events, often a 1-2-3 approach works well, where
  1. Address the physical symptoms directly - this sharp pain in the left side of my neck
  2. Follow up if needed with related emotions - frustration, pain-in-the-neck problem
  3. Tell the story - check for any intensity in how the painful condition arose or from an apparently unconnected but adjacent event at the time of the injury or onset of the illness
In almost every case this will bring fast and frequently permanent symptomatic relief.

Sometimes though health challenges are more serious, and have developed over a long time. Even here, EFT can be very helpful in tracking down and eliminating any emotional contributors to the disease and bring relief from symptoms.

While some fascinating healings with EFT have been observed, we must recognize that EFT is still in its infancy and we don't know all there is to know about it yet.
Thus we must maintain a state of inquisitiveness rather than assume our current procedures represent the final answer.
It is important to take full responsibility for your own health and seek appropraite medical assitance even while pursuing healing with EFT.

Persistence is important. While many times EFT has produced "one minute wonder" type turn arounds in health matters, often more is needed, so continue searching for other connections before and concluding that you are done.
Even though you can appear to be "out of the woods" for now other aspects and related issues may show up later.
Many serious diseases have multiple causes with many facets. Properly addressing them can be like walking through a maze where there are many apparent "dead ends." To get through the maze successfully you must often back up and try new approaches.
The greatest benefit for me of this process was learning I could always make a difference, change things for the better, even when I hadn't yet got to the end of the problem. I'd never have to feel completely "stuck"again!
