EFT for Emotional Issues

EFT Overcomes Severe Phobia

While Becky's case may seems interesting, most of us are not deeply affected by these kinds of phobias in our day to day life. For the most part we tend to avoid situations where our phobia is triggered and get by without too much inconvenience.

However some emotional traumas are so profound they cause major disruption to our ability to function every day.

Watch here as Robert releases severe PTSD resulting from some of his war experiences for which he had already recieved many years of conventional treatment without success.

War Veteran with Longstanding PTSD

One of EFT's greatest strengths is its ability to rapidly reduce, or eliminate, the pain of your emotional issues. With EFT you will often reduce months and years of expensive therapy down to 1 or 2 sessions ... and sometimes you will have your benefits in a few minutes.

EFT can provide rapid relief from irrational fears and phobias, even though you have had the phobia for a long time and it feels "severe". For most clients phobias are completely eliminated in one to two sessions. Watch here to see how Becky overcomes a lifelong fear of rats and mice that is so strong she would run out of the room if she knew ther was one present. By the end of her session ...  well you'll see ...

In this video, the woman had orriginally approached Gary for help with a cigarette addiction. With skillful questioning Gary uncovered the underlying "emotional driver" for her smoking  in some traumatic sexual abuse experiences.

Watch as Gary carefully assists her to let go of the worst memory in a few short moments, despite the intense pain she has felt over it for most of her life. Notice in the follow up session how different she looks in her face as a result of releasing the pain of that early memory.

Further, for many issues you can learn to create this freedom on your own. Take a workshop to learn how to help yourself with emotional issues.
