Bilateral meeting of partners

There were 2 reasons for organizing this bilateral meeting.

Firstly, the staff change occurred in EIPA Luxembourg, partner which is responsible for the workpackage 5 Development. The crucial person was replaced by the newcomer to the institution and it was necessary to provide this person with all the information and details of the project and consortium work to ensure the smooth continuation of the project.  

Secondly, at the beginning of October 2009 the testing workshop took place. On the basis of the evaluation the partners realized that the texts must be modified and that the clear instructions for that are necessary.

In the one day bilateral meeting partners discussed the project outcomes, previous discussions and their results and the project future actions.

The main subject to the meeting were the evaluations of the course by the participants of the testing workshop in Barcelona at the beginning of October 2009. AINova prepared the evaluation overview and partners discussed the points which should be reflected in the second version of the course. They drafted the guidelines for the revision of texts. EIPA designed the guidelines and it will be submitted to experts with the request to modify their course texts.
