Kick off meeting

The first meeting of partners took place in Prague, Czech Republic in November 2008.

The meeting started with mutual introduction of participants and introduction of partner institutions.

The coordinating country representatives summarized a project, its activities and challenges and the main issues, such a distribution of tasks, the financial issues and the detailed time schedule were discussed. 

Afterwards each partner presented the experience with e-learning and other experience and skills, past and running projects which could be useful for this project. 

There are 5 workpackages in the project; each workpackage is led by a different partner. Partners discussed and explained the responsibilities within the workpackages, they made a plan how to organize the work in each workpackage and how the communication will be.  

A very important discussion concerned the specification of target group and structure of the course.  

The questionnaire – basis of needs analysis was drafted.
