Ed Tozer's IS/IT Planning book book cuts through the complexities of enterprise planning and presents a cohesive, practical approach 'The Art of War'. No, this isn't the usual Chinese one that everyone recommends. It is a compilation that describes great military commanders. It provides tremendous insight into both long and short term strategic thinking and planning. 'Processes and costs' is a mine of useful information.
