Ingredients: - 2 tomatoes, deseeded and sliced
- small onion, sliced and rinsed in cold water
- garlic and turmeric oil
- lime juice
- salt or fish sauce
- sesame seeds
- peanuts
- toasted chickpea flour
- chilis (optional)
- cilantro
