Ingredients: - 2 medium sized Potatoes
- 1/4 teaspoon Chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Chaat Masala (optional)
- 2 cups Yoghurt
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Cumin powder
- 4 tablespoons Coriander leaves
Salt Method: - Boil the potatoes, or microwave them for around 6 - 7 minutes.
- When the potatoes have cooled down cut them into small cubes.
- Add salt and red chillie powder and chaat masala (this is optional). Mix well with potatoes and keep aside.
- Beat the yoghurt with an egg beater add some water to thin the yoghurt a bit and blend to a smooth consistency.
- Add salt, pepper and roasted cumin powder. (You can roast the Cumin seeds on a fry pan and then use a mortal and pestle to grind doe a bit)
- Add the diced potato cubes which you prepared in step 3.
- Put the mixture in the serving bowl.
- Put it in the refrigerator to cool it down.
- Garnish it with coriander and chopped mint.
