Commentary: In My Humble Opinion

My purpose in creating the ETF Commentary section is to offer several broad-based practical suggestions to the handful of talented, well-meaning but beleaguered policymakers already active within the fray of crafting meaningful telecom infrastructure public policy.

And, to demystify the otherwise complex subject-matter related to the Global Networked Economy.

With those objectives in mind, I offer the following perspectives, "in my humble opinion." It would be impossible to mention all my co-collaborators who have so generously contributed to my enlightenment by sharing their relevant insights and wisdom. Regardless, my thanks and appreciation goes to all those individuals who gave something of substance to this project -- you know who you are.
