I am a forth year Ph.D. student in the I/O program here at GMU.  I am originally from Steelton, PA and attended the University of Pittsburgh for undergrad where I obtained my BS in Psychology and Communications. 

Currently, I am working with Dr. Steve Zaccaro conducting research on team adaptability, team composition, and leader self-development social networks.  

In addition to my research activities on GMU's campus, I work as a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton for the Modeling, Simulation, and War-gaming Team.  At Booz Allen, I conduct social network analyses were I collect, organize, assesses, and create visualizations for SNA datasets.
