EC HAMBRO RABBEN & Partners was
established in 1998 by all the Directors of the Shipping
and Offshore Division of Hambros Bank and The Hon. Clare Hambro, following the
acquisition of Hambros Bank by a domestic French bank. We specialise in mergers and acquisitions for shipping, transport, marine services, oilfield services and offshore drilling companies. The Company is a direct continuation of family merchant banking traditions going back over 200 years and the longstanding shipping and offshore corporate finance activities undertaken by the Directors whilst at Hambros Bank and NatWest Equity Capital Markets. Since our establishment and with real enjoyment, we have completed a wide range of great transactions totalling over USD 3,0 billion in enterprise value.
