The mission of the Eau Claire Earth Day Celebration is to:

Celebrate. Earth Day could, and should, be recognized a bona fide
holiday, and we intend to bring the community together to celebrate the
planet, its gifts, its wonders, and our efforts to sustain it. The
event should appeal to all ages and demographics.

Inform. Exhibits, activities, and entertainment, at least in some
respects, will be designed to inform the greater community about
various environmental issues, and promote environmentally friendly
practices and lifestyles.

Promote. Showcase local businesses and organizations that are
committed to environmentally responsible practices, and provide a
platform by which various issue-related groups can connect with the
general public and deliver their message.
