Polyester Strap has successfully replaced Steel Strap for COTTON BALING Application. The straps are available in cut to length sizes as per the bale. The straps have to be inserted into the slots in the Bale Press after compression. Depending on the number of slots the straps have to be inserted. Then the loose ends are sealed together with Pneumatic Friction Welding tools which give a very good joint efficiency. Once the straps are sealed together, the bale press is released. As the cotton bale expands the straps get secured on the bale.

Sizes used are 15.50mm x 0.76mm - Bale weight - 165kgs & 225kgs

Straps with width of 19mm x 1mm can be used for higher bale weights.
