The Mowell Cemetery is located on R.C. Barrett Road (just off Lone Star Road and across from the Blair's Gap Church), in Sullivan County, TN. Once you turn onto R.C. Barrett road take first narrow road going up the hill. There is a circular driveway for easy turning. The cemetery is fully fenced and is surrounded by the forest.
