EastTNcemeteries

Home

My mother and I created this site to share our love of family history with others. Together over the years, we have researched our family and thought it would be nice to give back. Therefore, this site contains indexes of individuals on various cemeteries located in both Hawkins and Sullivan counties in East Tennessee.

Photos of each tombstone listed in the index are available; along with various other information. We have numerous obituaries and will notate availability with an O. Please email us at etncemeteries@aol.com for photos, obits and any other questions.

We will be updating the site frequently with several cemeteries in our area including the Lower Beech Creek, Barrett, Murray, Mullins, Lone Star and Walker's Fork. If you see another cemetery that you would like to be added, please feel free to email us and we try to get it listed for you.

Also, if anyone knows of any unmarked graves listed on our indexes, please provide us with the information before it is lost.

These pictures were taken at our farm located on Beech Creek Road in Hawkins County, TN. The left pic shows a view of
Chimney Top Mountian and the right picture shows the "gap" traveled from the Beech Creek area to Pyburn.
The gap was the area between Chimney Top and Fodderstack Mountains.
