The Expectation

I need to have a positive attitude. I need to expect it to be difficult

I need to know that it will pay off. I need to understand that if I don't

put the work in, there is a good possibility that I will not reach my goals

In Season:

If I am not receiving the playing time I hoped for there is a reason.

Ask the coach "What do I need to show you to earn additional playing time?"

If you want to improve show the coach by asking for help outside of practice.

Be one of the hardest workers on the team by showing extra effort.

Extra Effort: Never giving up on a play, executing exactly what the coach says,

diving for balls that are far away and.............

never making excuses!

If you missed the parent meeting please pick up your packet in the East High Athletic Office. Packets due before May 15th

East Spartan Volleyball Camp - JUL 16-20th

(For all)
Session 1 = Incoming freshmen, 10th, 11th and 12th graders - 7AM-9AM

Session 2 = 6-8th grade 9:30-11:30AM

Bison Training

(For all)
Incoming freshmen = JUN 5, 12, 19, 26 and JUL 3, 10, 5:30-7:30

Returning JV/VAR and 11th and 12th graders = JUN 5, 12, 19, 26 and JUL 3, 10, 7:30-9:30

Returning RES and 10th graders = JUN 6, 13, 20, 27 and JUL 5, 11, 5:30-7:30

Greater Nebraska League

(Invite only)

When: JUN 1st, 2nd, 9th, 10th, 16th and 17th

Friday Night matches: 5:30PM or 8:00PM

Saturday Mornings 8:30AM or 10:00AM
