EAST House is home to about 64 Stanford undergraduates, and is located in Governor's Corner. Can you guess what our theme is? 1. Our Chef = Netta Famous across Stanford University for her variety of dishes and amazing culinary talent, Netta's specialties include teriyaki salmon, garlic noodles, and stir-fry vegetables. 2. 3rd Story Lofts Willingness to climb = twice the room space. No extra cost. 3. Best Open Kitchen off the Row Twizzlers, wasabi peas, chocolate M&M's, blueberry muffins, Goldfish, gummy bears, potato chips... 4. Gigantic Doubles Even sharing a room, you're basically living in a palace. Enjoy watching the neighbors in West Lag crowd into tiny one-room doubles. 5. Five private balconies, four public balconies Chill out on the balcony? Yeeeeeeah. Don't have one to yourself? That's ok, enjoy the view of the mountains from the third floor public balconies. 6. House Intercom In the event of medical emergency, nuclear war, or an invasion from Murray House. 7. Japanese Garden It's a long story. Ask someone in East for an explanation. written by AJ Minich (ATA 07-08) |
