All Meetings begin with Cocktails (BYOB) at 5:00 PM. Dinner is served at 6:00 PM Entertainment begins at 7:00 PM

Prices include Beverage Setups, Catered Sit Down Dinner, Entertainment, taxes, gratuities and GVR fees (Use of kitchen, stage, sound and light technician) The price of each event is based on the variance of costs for entertainment. Higher entertainment fees result in higher costs.
