Hi all,

For some reason, about 5 months ago I thought it would be a good idea to sign myself up for the Bristol Half Marathon.  Since then I have done minimal training, eaten a lot of rich food and spent many of my summer weekends consuming large quantities of alcohol at music festivals.

The Half Marathon has suddenly crept up on me (IT'S THIS SUNDAY!!!) and I think the only way I'm going to have a chance of getting through it is with a bit of Stanno-esque determination, so it seems right that I should give EDGs the chance to pledge a few quid to the Adam Stansfield Foundation in the event that I do manage to defy medical science by completing the run....
