Regular ongoing classes run with the school terms and are held at:

Nambucca Heads Studio, Headland Hall Ocean St, Nambucca Heads

  Yarrahapinni Yoga Studio, Barbers Lane, Yarrahapinni

  South West Rocks, Surf Club, overlooking Rocks beach

The yoga studios are fully equipped with wall ropes, chairs, blocks, bolsters, mats etc




                                                      

 CLASS formats:

The first hour is suitable for beginners (Cost $10 for 1 hour) 

The last half hour of the class for more experienced students (cost $15 for 1.5 hour).

Discounts apply to regular students who pay for the term in advance $80/120 10 week term.

Please arrive 15minutes early for warm ups.

Classes run with school terms.

Practice at Yarrahapinni 8.30-10am Fridays during school holidays

SATURDAY 3 HOUR INTENSIVES at Yarrahapinni



We  revise the teachings of Guruji and Geetaji from international conventions and use keynote presentations with DVD clips of the teachings of Guruji & Geetaji; it is inspiring to see and hear the essence of these great teachers. 



The intensives are suitable for everyone.
