Hi Jason,

I am so sorry I overlooked this e-mail! You’re probably wondering what happened!

Sometimes there is just such an avalanche of messages – especially after a period of travel and absence from the office – that important messages fall through the crack. Please accept my sincerest apologies again.

Jason, I am forwarding the message to Calvin’s side so he can discuss with you scope of work, roles and responsibilities, etc. as well as the specifications he is interested in for the site survey.

Calvin has already assigned one of his architects to be the coordinator for this project. His name is Michael Hsieh. I am copying Michael on this message as well as Colette, Calvin’s personal assistant (and the best way to reach Calvin by e-mail).

I am also attaching the initial set of specifications for the project. This is very rough but it would bring you up to date on what has been discussed so far with Karma.

As we would need the site survey to be able to take any steps towards design, it would be great if you and Calvin’s side can discuss the site survey as a top priority in order to generate quotations for our review and the subsequent appointment of a surveyor for the job.

Please do include myself and Sen Chung – who will be taking over the liaison role from me – in your correspondence with Calvin’s side. Many thanks, Jason.

Wish  all good wishes,

Mary Ann

Subject: summary of services

Dear Mary,

Please find attached brief description of services that I see would be needed from my side as local consulatants for the Senior Sangha Project.

The areas highlighted in yellow are part of the supervision or project management during actual execution of the works on site.

Calvin, please feel free to edit/chnage anything that you might want to.

Regards
