No doubt "science" has used the bastardized plate tectonic theory in order to dogmatically push the 'Continental Drift' myth and the "breakup of Pangea" idea. Evolution needs 'coasting continents' because it needs "time". 'Coasting continents' that 'bump' into each other needs the "sea floor spreading" mythology at the mid-ocean ridges. Yet a true reading of the MOR formations point to these undersea mountains being created via axial loading from opposing directions, i.e. the very opposite of the assumed "spreading" concept. Once the PT "spreading" concept is debunked, then 'coasting continents' is doomed and evolution is left standing naked w/o "Pangea".
My conclusion is that the MOR formations are Creation Week formations when God called the dry land to rise from the waters and the gathering of seas (Genesis 1:9). The global rising of land, simultaneously, point to a rapid formation of the MOR's, again the opposite of the PT theory with it's non-scientific mm/year 'creeping' movement (not to mention that the very idea that this 'slow' movement can 'create' land formations is nothing less than ludicrous, is beside the point...).
Keep in mind that EVERY major "scientific" institution has cemented the "spreading" idea as "fact", and have even gone to the extents of claiming that the max 'age' of the ocean crust as being '~200 million' years old while the continents are 'billions' of years old, all due to "sea floor spreading". These guys are 'set-up' for an utter evolutionary fiasco in my opinion.

As far as the ocean and terrestrial basins are concerned, I am presenting these as massive eruption centers that decimated the landscape and caused colossal subsidence. In essence, mountain ranges are a result of these titanic eruptions (i.e. massive ejecta blankets) vs. a slow, non-scientific PT "push".
The other fact regarding Noah's Flood, is that architecture began in Mesopotamia by Noah's offspring as recorded in Genesis and as we can physically verify this fact. Yet evolutionists must ignore these observable facts and create an alternate genealogy for mankind via 'neanderthals'. It's all junk and perhaps we are on the cusp of evolution literally biting the dust. Mark Masters
