What is Reflexology?                                                            Reflexology is a form of treatment that involves giving massage, in a certain manner, to all of the parts of the feet. Different areas of the feet relate to different parts of the body. Reflexology aims to alleviate tensions and promote relaxation and can be beneficial for pregnancy or indeed, couples trying for a baby.

During your pregnancy, your body will go through significant changes; these changes will affect the emotional, hormonal and physiological balance of your body. Reflexology can help to alleviate or prevent discomfort arising from this imbalance and restore the body’s equilibrium. Reflexology can correct these imbalances and thus return the body to good working order.

Maternity reflexology is a wonderful holistic therapy which complements the natural event of childbirth. Maternity reflexologist, will support you and your growing baby throughout your pregnancy, helping your body to prepare for childbirth.

Fertility reflexology is a natural holistic therapy for those planning a baby as well as for couples experiencing difficulty conceiving. Reflexology creates balance and harmony within the body ensuring you are in the best possible condition prior to conception.

Reflexology during pregnancy can help with the following:-
