The 3rd Workshop for Emerging Application and Many-Core Architecture was successfully held in conjunction with ISCA-2010 at St-Malo, France. We have a wonderful program with a keynote by Bill Dally, seven technical talks, a panel and more than 40 attendees.  We are currently updating the proceedings with the actual presentation. We will also publish the papers in LNCS' on-line journal.
