I intend with this website to share my research interests and current projects. I successfully defended my dissertation in the College of Information Sciences and Technology at The Pennsylvania State University. Before of that, I graduated as an Electronic Engineer in the Simón Bolívar University at Caracas, Venezuela, my home country.

I am  part of COHORT, an academic research program that studies ICT best practices for coordination among humanitarian organizations.
