Food and Accomodation  

 

FORUM-ASIA sponsored participants will be allocated in a twin shared bedroom at Taipei Garden Hotel. Full board and lodging will be covered from 10 May (check-in) to 14 May 2009 (check-out). If you require accommodation before at your own expense, we can assist you if you need housing arranged on dates before or after the conference. Please let us know if you need help.

 

Accommodation outside of the prescribed period must be borne by the participants themselves. Incidental costs, including mini-bar, laundry, internet and communication (telephone & fax) charges, also are to be borne personally by the participants. Participants are kindly requested to settle all bills with the Hotel prior to their departure.

 

The organizers will provide breakfast, lunch, tea/coffee breaks and dinner during the workshop.

 

FORUM-ASIA sponsored participants will be given per diem to cover dinner when dinner is not provided.
