Wizards and other portal users must demonstrate the ability to cast successfully twice within five attempts.
Priests must demonstrate the ability to successfully passage with a follower and have a minimum of 262 guild points.

Commitment
Taxi is a service as much as it is a business and constantly unavailable members are bad for the clubs reputation.
You are certainly not expected to be available all the time.
You are welcome to group, hunt, go shopping, etc.
You are expected to devote at least half of your online time to being "on-duty"
In addition: a reputation for being available will gain you many repeat customers.
