- 1 lb Chicken Thighs
- 2 T Olive Oil
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste
- 3 Cloves of Garlic - minced
- Half of Lemon - juiced

3 T Fresh Herbs of choice - minced
Wash Chicken and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in frying pan. Cook chicken until lightly golden brown.
Reduce heat and add garlic. Saute just until garlic is soft, about 3 minutes. Add lemon juice and cook for another 2 – 3 minutes.
Remove from heat and put on your serving dish. Sprinkle herbs over the top.
Eat!
