PowerPoint Presentations:- Plan presentation before using the software (Hand in plan, outline, or storyboard)
- a title slide with the title, first names, last initial, and period
- a "Questions?" slide at the end
- Font types - all except Old English, any script, any handwriting, any "fancy" font that is difficult for the audience to read. If you are not sure, ask the teacher.
- No more than 1-2 graphics on each slide
- Proofread:
- Spelling must be correct
- Grammar must be correct
- Save as you create to avoid losing information. Save to a USB to work on at home or use Google Docs
- Slide design must add to the presentation (make sure the background does not interfere with the font and graphics you choose)
- Used appropriate examples
- Practice presenting your slide show
