Document Preparation Requirements

PowerPoint Presentations:
  1. Plan presentation before using the software  (Hand in plan, outline, or storyboard)
  2. a title slide with the title, first names, last initial, and period
  3. a "Questions?" slide at the end
  4. Font types - all except Old English, any script, any handwriting, any "fancy" font that is difficult for the audience to read. If you are not sure, ask the teacher.
  5. No more than 1-2 graphics on each slide
  6. Proofread:
    1. Spelling must be correct
    2. Grammar must be correct
  7. Save as you create to avoid losing information. Save to a USB to work on at home or use Google Docs
  8. Slide design must add to the presentation (make sure the background does not interfere with the font and graphics you choose)
  9. Used appropriate examples
  10. Practice presenting your slide show

Other Word-Processed Documents (reports, stories, scripts, comics, etc.)
