Notice of Privacy Policies For Dwayne W. Anderson Dear Clients: Your privacy is important to me, and maintaining your trust and confidence is one of my highest priorities. I respect your right to keep your personal information confidential and understand your desire to avoid unwanted solicitations. Recently enacted federal regulations require me (along with banks, brokerage houses, and other financial institutions) to disclose my privacy policies to you. I hope that by taking a few moments to read it, you will have a better understanding of what I do with the information you provide me and how I keep it private and secure. Types of Information I Collect I collect certain personal information about you—but only when that information is directly provided by you or is obtained by me with your authorization to do so. I use that information to prepare your personal mediation/arbitration/financial sessions, to prepare any financial analyses or financial statements that you ask for me to prepare for you, and I also may use it to provide various other services and financial planning services for you at your request. Parties to Whom I Disclose Information As a general rule, I do not disclose personal information about you to anyone unless you request me to do so. Naturally, personal information contained in a mediated, arbitrated, and financial session is disclosed to the respective authorities. To the extent permitted by law and the codes of professional conduct applicable to me as, a mediator and an arbitrator certain conditions remain nonpublic information about the session that may not be disclosed in the following situations:
Confidentiality and Security of Nonpublic Personal Information Except as otherwise described in this notice, I restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to employees of mine and other parties who must use that information to provide services to you. Their right to further disclosure and use of that information is limited by the policies of mine, applicable law, and the Established Code of Professional Conduct, and nondisclosure agreements where appropriate. I also maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards in compliance with applicable laws and regulations to guard your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, and/or premature purging.
