Now a day, every camera can make videos and pictures, so a common place is needed to save them and view them. APictureBrowser use the same information as the default picture library from Microsoft, so once you have set your library it will be used by APictureBrowser.

With APictureBrowser you can browse your pictures and videos in the same folder just as they were taken. You probably won't put a synopsis for all your pictures or folders, but for some it might be interesting. How ? Simply drop a text file with the same name as the picture or video. Want a synopsis for the event ? drop a folder.txt in that folder. Just simple as that.
