I received the B.S. degrees in Civil Engineering from the Northeast China Institute of Electrical Power Engineering, P.R.China. I have been working toward the M.S. degrees in Electrical Power Engineering at Northeast China Dianli University. My research interests are power system load forecasting, machine learning, and ant colony optimization.
