Dutronc play the French music of crooner Jacques Dutronc. In France, Rock & Folk magazine voted their “Dutronc, Dutronc, Dutronc” album the CD of the month, describing it as if the Pretty Things had been Jacques Dutronc’s backing band. With the glamorous Rudie and Debbie playing bass and drums, and crazy Bruno and Parsley on guitar and vocals/accordion, the band evoke l'esprit de Dutronc.
