The Durham Literacy Center Named Agency of Excellence!

Every year, the United Way of the Greater Triangle reviews partner agencies in Durham, Johnston, Orange, and Wake Counties to determine if they have met essential agency accountability standards.  Organizations that go beyond “essential standards” and implement “best practice” standards in areas such as ethics, fiscal management, and agency mission receive the United Way of the Greater Triangle Agency of Excellence Award.
