Purchasing scrip is one of the easiest ways to support DLS financially!
Scrip is simply gift cards and gift certificates for local and national businesses that individuals purchase at face value. In turn, these businesses give back a percentage of the purchase price to the school. For example, a $100 HyVee gift card would break down as follows: HyVee gets $97, DLS gets $3, and the purchaser gets $100 to spend at HyVee. Each business determines the percentage it gives to the school. Some give as much as 17% back to the school! Scrip is available for purchase through the school or at weekend services at both sponsoring congregations, St. Paul and Our Redeemer Lutheran Churches. Click here to download a scrip order form. |
