The Des Moines LIVESTRONG Army is the local Des Moines chapter of the Lance Armstrong Foundation LIVESTRONG Army. As part of a global network of local armies, our charter acts as an advocate for cancer issues locally, increase cancer awareness in our community, and provide support locally to cancer organizations.
