SOLO ARTIST

Always looking to progress, I am studying Classical Guitar. I am working on technique and hope to begin building my repertoire soon! I've been dabbling around with some different sounds on acoustic, sometimes combining elements of folk, rock, classical, blues, etc.. I'm very much into the "Windham Hill" sound. Some recordings should be coming together in the next couple of months. Stay tuned!

I am also in the process of building a small home recording studio, dubbed "The Broken String Ranch." I am trying on the producer hat as well, recording tracks for my musical friends.

In addition to the MySpace Artist Page linked above, I have a Soundclick Page as well that has a couple more tunes than the MySpace Page. I do not update the Soundclick Page anymore but the tracks remain there. My main page is the one you got here from, followed by my MySpace Page.

PENNIWEATHER WHOLESOME

Through my Wife, I met a very talented and all-around great friend, Dave Putney, and since 1999 we have been recording/jamming together as an acoustic duo named Penniweather Wholesome. With a fairly deep catalogue of original songs, we hope to play out at some open-mic nights. The music setup is mainly acoustic guitar, vocals and occasional keyboards. We have recently resumed playing after some life events took place. Some new songs are in the works. I promise that I will be updating our website soon (see the link attached to our name above)! If you want to hear a track or two, more coming soon, please check out our MySpace Page.

THE RUSTY REMNANTS (Formerly Rustbucket, The Remnants, Formerly Catalytic Reaction, Formerly Slight Return) - name changed November 13, 2008

Formed by myself (Guitar, Vocals), Tom "Captain Easychord" Despres (Bass, Keyboards, Vocals) and Chris Mathews (Guitar, Vocals) and later joined by Phil D'Antonio (Drums, Percussion) – we have been rocking garages, basements and backyards since the spring of 1988. Always fun and loose, the jams have become the stuff of (ahem) legend! Songs mostly include covers of classic rock and blues songs with a few scatterings of original tunes. We hope to jam again this year, but there have been events beyond our control lately. If not this year, then probably January. In addition to our homepage (click our name above - tons of info-pictures-history), we have a MySpace Page set up, and there will be some tracks posted there in the future.

MISSION THEORY

Myself and friend Anthony Mottolo have started jamming with me on Guitar & Vocals and Anthony on Drums & Vocals. We have had three rather fun and productive jams and will be jamming again soon. We will mainly start with covers and a couple of originals. We will be on the search for a bass player in the near future as our songlist progresses. Click on our name above for our homepage. We also have a MySpace Page set up, tracks will be coming in the future.

BEATLE MEAT

A group of rabid Beatles fans, we "meat" every month to view Beatle rarity DVD's and discuss all things Beatles. We are also starting to form Beatle Jams, as we all play instruments. We'll see how fab we sound after the first jam!

AMERICAN STANDERD

From 2005 to early 2007 I played Bass for this 80's rock (originals) band featuring Singer/Keyboardist/Songwriter Bob Salvati, Guitarist Mike Onessimo and Drummer Brian McNamara. The bass was a bit too hard on my fingers as I need to keep them healthy for my Classical studies, so I have parted ways (amicably) with the band. We may jam again one day!

CHOIRS: I am a bass/baritone in my Parish Choir and have been a bass/baritone in the Merrimack Valley Philharmonic Choir. In 1997, I recorded an album with the UMass Lowell Acapella Jazz Choir.

In the past, I have played guitar and drums with high school friends Rob Parker and Mike Guyer (1986-1987), played guitar in a short-lived band with drummer Maria Withey (1995) in and played bass for a jam in 2002 with the prog-rock band "Afterwords," with Liam Bliven (now of Slow Motion Driver and the Mary Bliven Band) and Kevin Tremblay.
