Dr Spencer's particular interests within the scope of oculoplastic surgery include
• entropion, ectropion and ptosis repair (lid malposition repair)
• dacrocystorhinostomy for watery eyes and blocked tear ducts
• peri-ocular skin lesion/cancer removal with appropriate grafting and skin flaps.
Dr Spencer is also offering general ophthalmic consults and cataract surgery using the latest phacoemulsification techniques with injectable intraocular lenses through a 2.4mm Incision. Toric lenses can be used in appropriate patients. Botox is also avaliable.
He operates through Geelong private hospital and St John of God Hospital in Geelong. He is also a consultant with the Oculoplastic clinic at the Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital. He is a senior lecturer for Deakin and Melbourne University Medical Schools.
