With  over 25 years experience, I provide diagnostic consultation, psychotherapy and counseling in a warm and compassionate manner.  My focus is on guiding women, children, teens, parents and families to identify strengths, find new understanding and insight and learn new skills  to help resolve life challenges so they may function at their best. Clients often seek help for stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, learning and behavioral difficulty, developmental issues, relationship conflicts, loss & grief, life transitions, parenting challenges, health & medical concerns, physical pain, pregnancy and new parenthood and Asperger's Disorder and PDD.   Therapy approach is individualized and may  include cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, interpersonal,  supportive, mind/body techniques, and child play therapy. I am interested in spirituality and its relationship with psychological well-being.
