My research interests centre on the use of probabilistic methods for extracting scientific knowledge from large, potentially complex data-sets. (if I had to pick a short phrase to describe this, I might choose 'Statistical Machine Learning'). I am an MRC Research Fellow at the University of Warwick's Systems Biology Centre.
