Armor: I no longer offer free life time armor swaps, trades or upgrades (not that anyone has seriously offered this in awhile now). I will spend as much time as it takes advising, guiding and helping someone to set up their armor set. If they try it out and its still not quite right, I will swap out some pieces until we get it right. But after we have it set up - the armor is yours. If you want to upgrade your armor for something more expensive within a close enough time from your original purchase, I am certainly willing to swap  out pieces for credit. If I have agreed to allow you to swap pieces, and the credit is in my favor - I will not give you plats. You either use the credit on the items I carry at that time or you lose it. However - this does NOT apply to Special Orders - there are NO swaps on those! Nor if you just "buy" something off my table and then later decide you didn't like it without talking to me first. If you are confident enough to just grab it and run - then I am going to have to assume you were making an informed finalized purchase. I put in a lot of time providing not only quality products at reasonable prices, but also to educate, assist and provide the best I can for my customers as a benefit of shopping with me. Since armor training has reached the point where its almost necessary to make use of multiple sets, armor should be seen as an investment. Unfortunately it is not time or cost effective for me to provide this level of service while also providing free trades for life. 

Weapons: I no longer carry weapons. Please see my main page of the site or catalog to get links to either Ienna or Rowena, who both carry Drevid forged weapons.

Special Orders: I require pre-payment on all Special Orders. If the item is not crafted/delivered within the time offered, or if you change your mind and the item has not yet been crafted, I will refund your coins.  However, once the item has been crafted, you you will receive no refunds or swaps. There are no refunds, trades, swaps, or upgrades offered on Special Orders unless the item is not as promised/advertised. If an item is not listed on my page, I will not order or find it for you. There may be occassional exceptions to this, but managing the inventory, sales, and orders of the items I do work with is often more than enough to keep me overly busy. I am not currently taking special orders on any weapons other than longbows and shortbows (these are only available via special order).

Credits: Except in very rare circumstances, I no longer issue Credits, IOU's or Merchandise Credit. These are just too difficult to track and players are still redeeming them weeks and months after they were issued. If I owe you for something, I will either give you plats, do a swap then and there, or tell you to hold the item until I have whatever you want back in stock. I just don't have the time or tracking ability to keep up with these any longer.

Items/Coins Held 30 days or more: After I have told you that you need to pick up your item(s) and or coins, you have 30 days in which to do so. If it didn't matter enough to you to remember to pick it up within this time frame, then you will understand that I DO care about my inventory and bank account, and don't have unlimited resources to track and secure your items on top of my ever fluid finances and stock. I am not really interested whether some IRL crisis or just forgetfulness kept you from doing it. There is a fee for my time and services, and if you cannot keep your end of the bargin by retrieving your coins/items, that fee is paid with your coins and/or items. Unfortunately this is a very common occurance so  - if you can't pick it up, it's mine. No exceptions. 

Item Searches or Selling Fluff: I no longer sell fluff - I no longer provide the service of tracking down items for people. Don't ask. I either stock it or you are on your own. See the main page of this site for links to catalogs where you can begin your search.

Auctions (in game): I generally hate auctions and find them a waste of the sellers and my time. However, I am sometimes willing to do them for charity, fundraisers, or other worthy causes.
