BRAMBLE HEIGHTS

  • What is BRAMBLE HEIGHTS?
    • BRAMBLE HEIGHTS is a modern city (2010) that exists on Earth. Bram City for short. Located on an island off the coast of New Jersey called Pen Island. Because we're really mature.

  • What is Bram City like? Decided thus far:
    • IT IS A HUMAN CITY. If your character is not humanoid, LOOK OUT!
    • It's kind of grimy and cut off from everything else. Being an island, it's either connected to the rest of Jersey by a bridge or boats. Somebody will decide this.
    • It apparently hosts Mardi-Gras style parades.
    • There are very tall buildings in places.
    • The streets and districts seem to have REALLY WEIRD NAMES.
    • It has at least one park.

Blacktown
 
Blacktown is, well... the downtown of Bramble Heights. The area in and around Blacktown contains high crime ratings. Murderers, freaks, and other insane people flock to this district to escape the law, which lacks bases in this part of the city thanks to the increase of violence and vandalism of county property.
 
This section of the city is home to several scum-ridden bars, gentlemans' clubs, and more importantly, the Bloody Knife, which is the Intelli Inc. sponsored night club, which resides in a large, black warehouse that is strangely close to the only other notable building in the district. The Intelli Inc. headquarters.
BRAM CITY TIDBITS
What kind of customs do they have here? What kind of ball teams or schools? Do they have a special holiday? Are there any legends or superstitions? How well known are they?
