Welcome to the website for the Palaeoecology research group, based in the Department of Environmental and Geographical Science at the University of Cape Town in collaboration with the School of Environmental Sciences at the University of KwaZulu-Natal. Research is jointly funded by the African Origins Platform of the National Research Foundation (NRF), the Palaeontological Scientific Trust (PAST) and the South African National Grasslands Programme.
