ARTIST STATEMENT - Symbolism takes many forms. Historically Icons have represented a religious fervor and taught lessons in their use of consistent design elements. But symbols exist just as relevantly in everyday items, in words, in association. Too often overlooked is the humble, just as often over-elocuted is the grand.
If an object makes me stop, question or ponder, it has done its job.
