1. We reserve the rights to stop the rental service at any time to members
that are found to be irresponsible towards the Blu Ray movie disc 2. Deposit will be fully refunded provided the movies are returned in good condition 3. Late charges will not be applied if we are the party that can't make it to the exchange / delivery 4. You are responsible to check and making sure that the disc is in good condition with no scratches before accepting our delivery 5. The rental cycle or last date of your rental period and duration on how long you want to keep each batch of your titles is under your own management and record keeping. Please ensure that you have allocate enough time to finish all your 6 titles in the 30 days cycle 6. You are responsible to prompt us earlier to arrange a date for delivery of your next batch of titles. We are not to be blame should you are unable to finish your quota of 6 titles in 30 days or you missed your deadline to return the titles to us 7. We reserved the right to impose late return charges of RM5 per title per day. Of course, we are still ok if it is only 1 or 2 days late. If in the event that you did not or refuse to return the titles 7 days after the expiry date, we reserved the right to forfeit your deposit and whatever balance number of titles which you might have left. You may then keep the titles at hand 8. We cannot guarantee that all the titles will be available at all time although we do keep multiple copies of new or popular titles. Please give us in advance a list of 6 titles that you plan to rent each time for us to plan and allocate accordingly 9. We reserved the rights to buy or accept trade-in of certain titles only. The amount will vary from title to title 10. Should you damaged or lost the titles under your possession, we would deduct it from your deposit. A new set of deposit will be required should you wish to continue your rental membership |
