Cheese and Cracker Festival Everglades City The Cheese and Cracker Festival will start at 11:15 a.m. and run throughout the day until about 6:30 p.m. The place is by City Hall in Everglades City. Contact phone is 941-695-3781. Some of the events planned include the building and eating of the "World's Largest Grilled Cheese Sandwich" for the Guinness Book of Records sponsored by Cabot Cheese, cheese car races, cheesy film festivals, a parade and entertainment. A gouda time for all.
