SHIPPING PRICES, COMBINE SHIPPING AND SHIPPING SCHEDULE

Starting from 26th December 2008 ,we are very happy to be able to offer combine shipping!

::Shipping cost for a headband via Regular Airmail would be USD 4 each. Additional pieces would be at USD 2 each.

::For hair clips and earrings, it would be USD 2.50 to USD 4 each via Regular Airmail. It depends on the material of the hair clips. Heavier pieces would be at USD 4. Additional pieces would be at USD 1 each.

::For purchases over USD 50, the shipping would be a flat rate of USD 5 and via Registered Airmail.

WE DO NOT REFUND FOR LOST PACKAGES IF BUYERS DID NOT CHOOSE TO REGISTERED THEIR PACKAGES. We have no way to track if the package is not registered. You can choose to registered your package ( please read REGISTERED SHIPPING WITH TRACKING OPTIONS below).

We cannot control the conditions once the packages are post out. Please take note of any harsh weather conditions or strikes in your city which may delay delivery. We always take a picture of all the packages once we had put the postage on the package. In event your package had not arrived after due time, please let us know and we can compare and show you the address given to the one in the picture taken. We would only refund if we had print the wrong address.

REGISTERED SHIPPING WITH TRACKING OPTIONS

We use Singapore International Airmail for all our shipments.

1)International Regular Airmail. This is the shipping rate stated in the store. It normally takes 14 to 21 business days for delivery.It does not comes with tracking number.

2)International Registered Airmail. For orders less than USD 50, you can now opt to registered your packages for a mere additional USD 3.00 to your shipping cost. This would come with tracking number. It normally takes 14 to 21 business days for delivery. You can opt for this method when you Checkout.

For customers who purchase over USD 50, the shipping fee would be a flat rate of USD 5 and it would be shipped via Registered Airmail with tracking number. It normally takes 14 to 21 business days for delivery.

The cost would be reflected in your invoice when I sent it. Please kindly allow up to 24 hours for the invoice to be sent to you . Please follow the instructions on the email to make payment.

3) Singapore SpeedPost Service.It normally takes 3 to 5 business days for delivery.This method of delivery include a tracking number and required signature upon delivery. Please email us for cost.

Please note, if you purchase more than one item, the shipping discount would not be reflected. Please kindly wait for an invoice to be sent to you via Paypal with the correct discounted shipping cost.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE

Once an order is received, it would be processed within 24 hours. We ship three times a week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday. All shipments will be completed within 72 hours or 3 days. All items are shipped from either Seoul or Singapore.

Customers would receive an email informing them their payment had been received and the exact date of shipment. In event of any shipment delayed, customers will be immediately informed. Please kindly keep in mind the time difference between Singapore and your country.

PAYMENT METHODS

When you had place your order, it will be process and we would sent you an itemized invoice via email.

This is to screen customers from countries which we do not ship to and also to be able to input the right combined shipping discount if applicable.

All prices are listed in USD.Due to high sell through rate for some of the items, we can only hold your orders for 48 hours. Your orders would automatically be canceled if payment is not received within 48 hours.

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICIES

In event you are unhappy with the item. Please let us know within 3 days.You can sent it back to us in it's original packaging.We will refund you the price of the item but not the shipping fees from your country to Singapore.

Refunds would only be given after we have received the item.

We give 100% refund or merchandise exchange ONLY for items which are broken, stain or grossly misrepresented. Buyer's remorse is not tolerated. Customers can opt for merchandise credit too.

In order for us to process a refund or an exchange, buyers must

1) Email us within 3 days of receiving the item.

2) Return the merchandise in it's original packaging.
