DIWC is triple threat company with a professional attitude.  We produce productions of professional calibre, utilizing the talents of professional staff.  We prepare out company members to become professional performers in a pre-professional environment.

We find potential company members by holding open auditions once per year.  This establishes our company members for the upcoming season.

We believe in enabling performers to really stretch their acting potential, by generating a hardworking and fun team spirit from the very start. Everyone who takes part on & off stage in our eyes are all the shining stars of each performance. 

It should be noted that  this is a pre-professional training program and requires serious dedication and discipline. Out of respect to the Artistic Staff and fellow classmates, we cannot work around frequent conflicts.  All major conflicts (during the upcoming year) must be discussed before acceptance into the program.
