DLP Services (Northern) Ltd

Established in 1992, DLP Services now employs more 140 staff and has a fleet of more than 100 vehicles. We are based in our own purpose-designed and built site at 54 Cobden Street, Pendleton, Salford. We are a key provider of building refurbishment, building maintenance and related services to the social housing sector in Greater Manchester. Our extensive client list includes Manchester City Works, Trafford MBC, Greater Manchester Fire Service and Helena Housing.

Key events
1992 — Founded by Derek Morris & Lee Morris, with approximately 16 staff. Approximately £200,000 turnover in the first year.
1996 — £1 million per annum turnover. Keith Greenhalgh MCIOB joined the company.
1998 — £3 million per annum turnover. Keith Greenhalgh offered directorship accompanying Derek Morris and Lee Morris.
2000 — Moved to 54 Cobden Street, a new purpose built site that was individually designed and built by DLP.
2002 —
Accepted a prestigious contract to maintain the sporting venues hosting Commonwealth Games in Manchester.
2002 — Began to work with many housing associations in partnership agreements.
2005 — DLP expanded to employ a work force of over 120 people, owning approximately 80 vehicles and turning over £9.5 million.
2005 —
Gained ISO 9001 accreditation.
2012 — DLP aims to build upon its success and achieve a turnover of over £25 million.
