If you would like to check your download or upload internet speed, here is a link to a site that tells you in simple terms if your internet speed is ok.  the site is http://www.vonage.com/help.php?article=497  It is a tool from the Vonage site but it is nice and simple.  Just click on the http link above.

 

Here is a second site that you can compare the first site with or pick just one to use.  This link is

http://www.bandwidthplace.com/  just click on it and it will ask you to click on the start test button and it will run.

 

NOTE: If you think your speed is not what it should be or want to know what you are paying for, you should contact your internet service provider.  Almost always your Upload speed is much slower then your download speed and that is normal.  Upload speed is when you send data from your computer to the internet and download speed is when you receive data from the internet such as downloading of music.
